In diet planning most people find it difficult to lose weight, they see dieting too demanding and when they try it, it seems not to work for them. Several reasons make our effort for weight loss not to work out the way we want it to be..

One mistake we commonly make is, because we want to lose weight we skip our meals and even under eat, when you don’t eat coherently it makes your body to go into surviving mode. i.e. your body will store up fat that it will use later on as energy to make up for the meals you missed. In other keep your metabolism high; eat atleast five to six small meals per day.

Another mistake we commonly make is late night eating, when you eat before bed it is almost certain that you will gain that weight again, because you are eating calories that will not be used, so they are stored up as fat. It is advisable that before your last meal and bed time give yourself atleast two to three hours in between and during these time drink only water.

There are some facets of our live that affect our weight, but there are things we can do concerning it. First of all is by eating right, many a time it is just a common sense to eat right. But obviously if you want to lose weight fast, you should avoid fried food, fried chips and mayonnaise. Instead go for grilled or baked food, even salad better than fries, get mustard. Wheat is better as well than white.

Try as much as possible to avoid food that is high in fat, before you buy any food or fruits that is canned or packaged please always read the labels, because some fruit that is canned is stored in syrup, and that is a whole lot more sugar than normal or usual.

Obviously, it is much easier in losing weight, when you’re working out on regular bases with an hour or more basic exercise into your day. That doesn’t mean you have to go to the gym now and start high intensity exerciser. Why not start by doing something more active, activities like gardening or walking, these will make you move so that you don’t be in one position, instead of watching television programs for hours. And it will help burn your fat deposits faster than you ever thought possible.
